We are open to feedback during the consultation part of the process during the appointment. Therefore, consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this policy. We have the right to refuse a client for any reason regardless of being able receive a follow-up/touch-up appointment. Not being able to receive a touch-up because we have made the decision to refuse to provide a follow-up/touch-up service to a client will not result in a refund of the initial appointment. All results may vary depending on skin type & conditions, lifestyle, and factors such as but not limited to: age, hormones, scarring, skin products used, health conditions, medications used, sun exposure, diet, stress levels, aftercare instructions followed, previous tattoo in the treated area, etc. These factors play a key role in the results, which is why it is important to understand that this could result in the need for more than one touch-up, which will result in extra charge. We are not liable to any changes wanting to be made to micro-pigmentation once the final decision was approved during the consultation. Prices and policies are subject to change at any time.
